$50 minimum purchase and $20 Flat Rate Shipping

You must be 21 years or older and have a shipping address within Arizona to have alcohol shipped to your address. We do not ship any alcohol outside the state of Arizona. No Exceptions. A 21+-year-old Adult MUST be present to sign for and receive the package.

Delivery Time Frames

Alcohol items will be shipped Monday-Thursday and will usually be delivered in 1 day to an Arizona address once the shipper confirms receipt of the package. 

Tobacco

$50 minimum purchase and $5 Flat Rate Shipping

You must be 21 years or older to purchase tobacco. A 21+-year-old Adult MUST be present to sign for and receive the package.

If purchasing both Alcohol and Tobacco in the same order, the higher Alcohol shipping rate prevails.

Returns

Our goal is that all our customers are happy with their orders from when they are placed until they arrive in the customer's hands.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at ADMIN@PPLDAZ.COM with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will quickly respond with instructions for returning items from your order. For non-defective items or misorders, a 10% restocking fee applies.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Non-Delivery

If an attempt is made and the driver is unable to obtain an adult signature (21 or over), then the driver will leave a door tag. 

Saturdays are an option for some areas. Some areas are not serviced on Saturdays. The recipient can call or go on the web (on door tag) to re-schedule their delivery when convenient. 

Depending on the area, some depots will hold the package for a day or 2, then re-attempt delivery if no response was obtained from the recipient after leaving a tag. Carrier will attempt 3 times to deliver the package. 

Please note; *We can NOT accept signed door tags as a signature to leave packages as it is against the law.
